The Opportunity

Due to continued growth in commercial property work, the firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate) to join its high-performing team. This role offers the chance to work across the full lifecycle of property transactions, with a strong pipeline of repeat and referral work.

The Work

You will be involved in a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals across commercial assets
• Retail, commercial, and industrial leasing
• Property development and project work
• Due diligence and contract negotiation
• Structuring advice for property transactions
• Off-the-plan developments and related advisory
• Property aspects of broader commercial deals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have 2–6+ years PAE in commercial property law
• Be confident managing files with appropriate supervision
• Have strong drafting and transactional skills
• Be commercially minded with a client-focused approach
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, hands-on team environment
